Orders are most commonly put on hold because of pending payment verification. We ask that you please allow one business day for us to verify your order before reaching out to customer service.
Returns are incredibly simple. Please log into your account, find your item you wish to return and follow the prompts to make a return. If you do not have an account, click here to find your order and make a return.
Tracking information is sent to the email you provided during checkout. You can use that information and the links provided to keep tabs on your item(s).

It’s best to check on your order at the end of the day to see the most up-to-date information.
You have 30 days to make a return. During the holiday season, from November 1 to December 31, we extend the return window to 60 days.
If your product arrives damaged or defective, contact our customer support immediately. We’ll guide you through the return or exchange process.
Standard shipping typically takes 5 to 7 business days not including handling time, depending on your location and the shipping carrier. Please note we will require 1-3 business days to prepare and ship your package, additional time will be applied during holidays and promotional events.
If you place your order before 5pm Monday – Friday, and before 11am on Saturday your order will ship the same day.
If your order has been noticeably damaged in transit, we strongly recommend that you refuse delivery and notify us immediately. Claims for missing items or items damaged in transit must be made within 48 hours of delivery. If there is carrier damage, please contact cs@thefastsupplier.com with your order number and a description of the damage.
We highly advise against it due to security concerns however if your order hasn’t been shipped yet, we might be able to update the shipping address. To change your shipping address you’ll need to contact customer service at 1.934.381.0959 Contact us as soon as possible to request an update.
If you’re not home at the time of delivery, the shipping carrier will usually leave a note with instructions on how to reschedule delivery or pick up the package from a local facility.
